444g Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules for Pakistan Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and 444g ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing the 444g website at 444g.onl, registering an account, or using any product or service offered through the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 444g platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

To access the full features of the 444g platform, you must register an account. The following conditions apply to all account registrations:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Providing false information about your age is a serious breach of these Terms.
• Each individual may maintain only one account on the platform. Creating multiple accounts — even under different names or contact details — is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, current and complete. This includes your full name, date of birth, email address and contact number.
• You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date. Changes to your name, contact details or payment information must be updated through your account settings promptly.
• 444g reserves the right to verify your identity before processing any withdrawal or at any point during your use of the platform. Failure to complete verification in a timely manner may result in withdrawal processing delays or account restrictions.

• 444g cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has shared credentials, used an insecure device, or failed to report suspected unauthorised access promptly.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account unless you have reported a security breach in accordance with the above.

444g supports the following PKR payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and selected mobile wallets. Specific availability may vary.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method.
• Deposit processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited within minutes. Bank transfers may take longer.
• All deposited funds must come from a payment method registered in your name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• 444g does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply charges outside our control.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for deposits, subject to method-specific conditions.
• Account identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds can be requested.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless the individual promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses must be claimed during the stated promotional period. Offers cannot be applied retroactively.
• Each promotion is limited to one claim per player, household, device and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.

• 444g reserves the right to void or suspend any market where there is evidence of result manipulation, data errors or irregular activity.
• In-play betting is available on selected markets. Any technical issues during live betting — including connectivity problems on the player's side — do not entitle the player to void or re-place a bet.
• Bets placed after the relevant event has concluded are void regardless of how the result was displayed.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day. These limits are published in the Sports section.
• For Cricket, Football, PSL and all other sports: specific settlement rules apply based on official results from the relevant governing body.
• Combination and parlay bets require all selections to be settled before payout is processed. A voided selection in a combination reduces the combination size rather than voiding the bet entirely, unless stated otherwise.

The casino and live casino sections on 444g operate under the following conditions:

• All casino games are powered by third-party certified game providers. Each game's Return to Player (RTP) percentage is published in the game information panel.
• The outcome of all software-based casino games is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Results are independent of previous outcomes.

• Deliberately exploiting software errors, pricing mistakes or technical malfunctions for financial gain

• Opening accounts on behalf of another person or allowing a third party to operate your account
• Providing false identity information at any point during registration or verification
• Circumventing self-exclusion tools by registering additional accounts after self-excluding
• Abusing promotional offers by creating multiple accounts or coordinating with others to qualify for offers intended for a single player

Either you or 444g may close or suspend an account under the following conditions:

Player-initiated closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance on your account at the time of closure — provided no active withdrawal hold or investigation is in progress — will be refunded to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Platform-initiated suspension or closure

444g reserves the right to suspend or close any account immediately and without prior notice in circumstances including: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, evidence of prohibited conduct, or request by regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, any bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money deposits may be returned at our discretion after any applicable deductions.

All content on the 444g platform — including the 444g brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, software, text and imagery — is the intellectual property of 444g or its licensed content providers.
