Keeping Your 444g Login Secure
Account security is something most players don't think about until something goes wrong. A few simple habits go a long way towards making sure your 444g account — and the PKR balance in it — stays protected.
Use a Strong, Unique Password
The single most effective thing you can do is use a password for your 444g account that you don't use anywhere else. A strong password is at least 10 characters long and mixes uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and a symbol. If you're using the same password across multiple platforms and any one of them has a data breach, your 444g account is at risk even though 444g itself wasn't compromised.
If you find it hard to remember strong passwords for every site, a password manager is worth using — it generates and stores secure passwords so you only need to remember one master password.
Enable Two-Factor Authentication
444g supports two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. With 2FA active, logging in requires both your password and a one-time code sent to your registered mobile number. Even if someone gets hold of your password, they can't access your account without your phone. You can activate this from your account security settings after logging in.
Log Out on Shared Devices
If you access 444g from a shared device — a family computer, a friend's phone, or a public device — make sure you log out after your session. The "Remember me" option on the login screen is only suitable for your own private device. On a shared device, leaving yourself logged in means anyone who uses the device after you can access your account and balance.
What to Do If You Think Your Account Has Been Accessed
If you notice any unfamiliar activity in your account — transactions you don't recognise, login times that don't match when you were playing, or changes to your settings — contact 444g support via live chat immediately. The team can temporarily lock your account while the issue is investigated and help you change your password and review recent activity.
Phishing warning: 444g will never ask for your account password via email, chat message or phone call. If you receive any communication asking for your full password or payment card details, do not respond — it is not from 444g. Contact support directly through the live chat on the official site to report it.
Forgot Your Password?
If you've forgotten your 444g login password, use the password recovery option on the login page. You'll need access to the email address or mobile number registered to your account to receive a reset link or verification code. If you no longer have access to your registered contact details, reach out to support via live chat — identity verification will be required before any account access is restored.
One account per person: If you've previously registered at 444g and can't log in, use account recovery rather than creating a new account. Multiple accounts under the same identity are not permitted and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
